A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within the first 7 days of signing the contract. After this period, the refund will be prorated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any domain registration or transfer fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Charges:

There are no cancellation charges if the request is made within the first 7 days. However, after this period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will apply.

4. Notice of Cancellation:

Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation via email. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date the email is received by our team.

5. Domain Integration:

If the domain integration process has already started, any domain registration or transfer costs will be non-refundable.

6. Work-in-Progress:

If any work has been completed before the cancellation, the client will have no rights to use or access the completed work.

7. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events affecting the project, both parties will discuss the cancellation and any related refunds or charges in good faith.

8. Modification of Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will apply to all future projects.
